Facilities Management

Farpoint’s Facilities Management (FM) department plays a vital role in providing world-class facilities at Sequis Tower. There are three main teams in the FM department – Building Management, Engineering team and Tenant Relations.

The Building Management team comprises the Concierge and building staff who are thes front line officers that support the concierge desks at Sequis Tower. The Engineering team works behind the scenes to ensure building services such as air-conditioning, lift operations to lighting are kept in optimum condition, maintaining a sustainable, healthy work environment.

The Tenant Relations team assists tenants with their fit- out, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely completion for occupation.

Facilities Management can also assist tenants with their sustainable initiatives; GBCI, BCA Greenmark or LEED office premise certification.

-Automated Payment System for Parking
Vehicle drivers are able to pay their parking fee before leaving the building. This technology gives extra convenience for tenants, as it will save queuing time in the parking lot.

-Dimming System & Motion Sensor Lighting
The dimming system will automatically add artificial lighting when needed with lower brightness. This technology works with lux sensor for maximum energy saving.

-Hand wave sensor & Motion Sensor on Toilet
Doors will be open by wave sensors upon exiting the executive and disabled toilet for hygiene purpose.

-Building Visitor Management System
Visitor access card will have barcode connections (and Bluetooth for VIP) to secured area like turnstile, car lifts and main doors.

-Wash & Dry Hands at The Sink
With Airblade TM hand drying technology in a tap, visitors can wash and dry their hands at the sink in just 12 seconds. Producing less energy and cuts carbon footprint from conventional hand dryer and paper towels.
